New Books Out Week of 12/29

These are the new books I'm obsessing over this week:

By: Ann Redisch Stampler
Emma, who always follows the rules, meets Siobhan, who is wild and fun.  Soon Siobhan is leading Emma down a dangerous path and somewhere along the way the pair start to unravel.  This is all leading up to a confrontation at the infamous Afterparty.

By: Robin Constantine
Wren is the average girl.  Grayson is the popular star athlete who just got expelled for faking term papers.  When these 2 meet things get interesting.

(The Secret Sisterhood of Heartbreakers #2)
By: Lynn Weingarten
It's time for the annual Heartbreaker competition and Lucy will do whatever it takes to win The Book of Love.  This book might actually be what she needs to fix Tristan's heart for good.

(The Chronos Files #1)
By: Rysa Walker
When Kate's grandmother tells her that she has the ability to time travel, she thinks the woman must be crazy.  But all too soon Kate finds out that a murder in the past is affecting her present-day existence.  Now she must travel back to the Chicago World's Fair in 1893 and prevent a killing.  In doing this she's going to change more than just her own life... the fate of the world isn't something to play with.

(Transparent #2)
By: Natalie Whipple
Now that Fiona has escaped her father, everything should be well for her and Seth in Arizona.  But soon Fiona learns that the Army may be reproducing Rediasure (the drug that caused the mutations).  At first she's determined to stop it, but then a secret comes to light that could change everything.

By: Simon Mason
A YA crime novel.  Garvie is the dumbest smart kid at Marsh Academy.  Highest IQ ever recorded there, but lowest grades in the school.  When his ex-girlfriend's body is found in the pond, Garvie is finally determined about something.  He begins convincing Detective Singh that he can assist despite his notorious slacker reputation.

Other Books Out This Week:

Last books of the year!!!  I'm definitely reading Afterparty.  I would like to read the Transparent and Heartbreaker books too.  Timebound also sounds kind of cool.  What do you like for the beginning of 2014???

PS- Happy New Year everyone!!!
