This week I am super excited for After the Woods! It's been of my most anticipated books for 2016. I also think Kill the Boy Band sounds interesting. And I'm down to read Beautiful Broken Things (OMG beautiful cover!) and Thanks for the Trouble (because I almost really liked We All Looked Up). What are you thinking of reading as March approaches?
i am not sure why... especially since I am not a fan girl of boy bands and a little above such antics... but kill the boy band sounds super fun.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree... I do not get down with annoying boy band psycho fans, but I am still really wanting to read that book :)
DeleteI haven't heard of After the Woods, but it looks great! I will have to check it out! Great list!
ReplyDeleteI'm SO excited to read After the Woods. It sounds like a really gripping read!
ReplyDeleteThere are a lot this week I want to read. The Smell of Other People's Houses, Kill the Boy Band and Thanks for the Trouble are three that I will be getting to at some point.
ReplyDeleteI read The Smell of Other People's Houses and it was really good! Read like more of a contemp and the writing was beautiful. But I'm excited for A Gathering of Shadows this week! I cannot wait for more from these characters and this world.
ReplyDeleteCassi @ My Thoughts Literally
I like the idea of The Smell of Other People's Houses.... but I just don't like the title!! You know when you are walking in an apartment building and you can smell all the different neighbor's gross food that they cooked?? THAT'S what I think about every time I say the title in my head.
DeleteThere are some interesting ones on the horizon. I have heard good things about the Showalter book and I am curious about the Smell of Others People's Houses. Hoping for some good reads. Fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteI kind of do want to read Firstlife even though I didn't have good luck w/ one of the author's other books :(
DeleteOooo so many I want to read! I just ordered After the Woods I can't wait to read that one. I wish I could have ordered most of these haha!
ReplyDeleteGAHHHHH I can't wait to read After the Woods!!!! Sound SO good!!!
DeleteI read KILL THE BOY BAND and its like super dark Heathers. I liked it but didn't love it, though the beginning had me laughing out loud :) Thanks as always for this round up :)
ReplyDeleteYES to anything Heathers!!! It definitely doesn't sound like a "me" book, but I'm still super intrigued!
DeleteVery intrigued by The Last Place on Earth since I used to live in the California mountains. Wish you had said more about "A Gathering of Shadows" for those not familiar with the series.
