New Books Out This Week 12/9

These are the new books I'm obsessing over this week:

By: Laura Buzo
Originally released in Australia as Good Oil, this book is making it's U.S. debut.  I read it and will be posting my review this week, but just so you know it's AMAZING!  It's about a 15 year old girl with a crush guy she can never get.  The characters are so cool and it made me cry, so it's a goody!

A girl gets dumped because of her decision to wait to have sex until marriage... and it goes viral.  Enter a hot rocker bad boy who decides to take Val on as a challenge.  It sounds like a cute book with a good message, and the cover is darling.

A guy, Vinnie, who's having a tough time moves in next to the girl of his dreams.  Of course she has no clue of his existence until a phone call one night where he pretends to be Vincenzo and the two start building an intense phone relationship.  Eventually he realizes he's going to have to find a way to out-himself to this girl, but that could ruin everything...  It sounds very It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini, so if you liked that this could be for you.

By: Jennifer L. Armentrout
She's just pumping these books out... I like it!!  I just got Obsidian in the mail from my Broke and Bookish Secret Santa and am so freaking excited to start this series!!  I've heard a lot of good things about Jennifer's books, so I'll be reading this sooner rather than later :)

By: Cindi Madsen
"Liv comes out of a coma with no memory of her past and two distinct, warring voices inside her head."  It's one of those- something traumatic happened to me and I can't remember what- books.

By: Jessica Day George
It's a Little Red Riding Hood/ Robin Hood retelling (for all my fellow Project Fairy Tale peeps, you might want to look into this one and the rest of this series)

Some really cool books this week... what are you obsessing over?
