Top Ten Tuesday-- Fall Vibes

Top Ten Tuesday is a really cool original feature/weekly meme created over at The Broke and The Bookish. Each week they post a new Top Ten List that bloggers join in on answering... and today (October 10th) I'm one of them :)

Today's Topic

Top Ten Books With Fall Cover Vibes

1.  Hysteria by Megan Miranda
  • One of my favorite covers ever.  And the leafless tree gives me the fall vibes.

2.  Last Seen Leaving by Caleb Rohrig
  • This screams fall-- and it's set around Halloween, so it's a total fall book.

3.  What We Knew by Barbara Stewart
  • This book doesn't really have anything to do with fall-- but the colors!!

4.  The Arsonist by Stephanie Oakes
  • This is another one that the colors remind me of fall.

5.  This is Our Story by Ashley Elston
  • I see this cover, and I think hunting.  I think hunting, and I think fall.

6.  Another Little Piece by Kate Karyus Quinn
  • I mean, her outfit is a tad chilly for a Northern fall, but it's horror, so it's a fall book.

7.  Cracked Up to Be by Courtney Summers
  • Fall = Back 2 School.

8.  Where They Found Her by Kimberly McCreight
  • Dead leaves are so fall.

9.  The Creeping by Alexandra Sirowy
  • The title kind of influenced me to put it on my list-- but also I love dead trees (and this book).

10.  Rooms by Lauren Oliver
  • Everything about this book is fall.

Which book covers make you think fall??  Have you read any of these?

  7. I love your seasonal selection. That cover of Hysteria is so much better than the UK one I had (which also felt wintery).

    1. I am not a fan of the other covers for Hysteria. The US paperback cover is wintery and blah as well. I don't get why they would change it.

  8. Great list! I had the cover for Where They Found Her on my list, as well! It was one of the few I could find from my already-read list that had leaves on the cover.

    1. I LOVVVVEEDDDD Last Seen Leaving. I'm SO excited for his new book. I got it in the mail a few weeks ago and I am trying really hard at holding myself back from just diving in (I have like 999 fall books that I need to read first!!). Also, Rooms was really good!! I totally recommend-- especially at this time of year.

  12. Great list! I love the way Lauren Oliver writes but I still haven't read Rooms which is ridiculous because I love ghost stories - I'll have to see if my library has it. =)

  15. The one thing I am finding with all the TTTs this week, is that I am seeing some different books being featured. So yeah! I see some books I really liked up there, and a bunch that are on my TBR. The red/orange ones really scream fall to me, but I like the ones with the trees too.
