  1. You had me stumped for a minute, I really had to think about this one because I don't ever like to remember the mean characters because I don't usually like them in general! I ended up having three or four names after I really thought about it if I'm being honest but today I'm submitting Avery from Blood Promise by Richelle Mead. I'm not sure if you've read the Vampire Academy series or not but this girl is a complete PSYCHO in the mental department and I think she really needs help. Physically she seems beautiful but emotionally and mentally we come to find she's a nut job who is in need of some serious attention. I feel like we need to get her some help so she can do something other than the awful things she has done in her life. So when is Project Make-Over Avery's Craziness starting?

    P.S. I LOVE Clueless, such a cute movie. :D

    1. Wow good answer!!! I haven't read The Vampire Academy series yet... but it is like the ONE vampire book that I want to read :)

I'd say pretty much everyone in the Gossip Girl series needs a character makeover. The characters have so many great advantages, but because of their awful attitudes and personalities, they barely enjoy any of it.

  3. I'd nominate Josie from Out of the Easy, not cause she needs one but because she deserves it. She gets a makeover of sorts in the book, but not the kind she wants!

    Thanks for the giveaway

  4. This is such a cool idea!
Probably Corrinne for Gwendolyn Heasley's book. (Where I Belong)

    ReplyDelete
  5. I'd nominate Ashton from The Vincent Boys

    ReplyDelete
  6. I nominate Simon from City of Bones (as in, before he is converted- tried to put that in a way that doesn't spoil it haha)

    1. Woops, forgot to include a reason- just because he's so geeky. While that's a somewhat good thing, a makeover would make him more awesome.

  7. I'd say Ron Weasley from the Harry Potter series because I think he needs a little bit more confidence when it comes to girls. I think a makeover would be perfect =)

    1. Love this one... SO TRUE!! He could definitely use a confidence boost... poor Ron :(

  8. I think Angie from The S-Word. She really needs some therapy, and she needs to learn to not get on herself so much, and to let people in.

  9. So many, but the first one to come to mind is Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter - can he PLEASE get an emotional makeover where he comes back and stops being a giant jerk to everyone?

    Thanks for the awesome giveaway!

    ReplyDelete
  10. I'd say Hermione because her hair could use some frizz control lol.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Maybe Beast from Dark Triumph to help out his appearance a bit?

    ReplyDelete
  12. I think that Bill Compton from the Sookie Stackhouse Series is in need of a makeover. He still loves Sookie and it sucks. He needs to let go and find another girl. :D

    ReplyDelete
  13. Ron from Harry Potter! A makeover would be handy for him :)

  14. Christina K. in the rafflecopter

Definitely Tiffany from Perception by Kim Harrington - she needs an emotional makeover so that it's not evil that controls her life but thinking of others. She's a mean girl who's awful to everyone. Some kindness would get her kindness. She also needs a physical makeover - she's so into her looks, it would do her good not to be a victim of peer pressure:)

    Thank you:)

  15. Charlie from The Collector. Emotionally, she's fine, but physically she's described as in need of a makeover. Maybe some braces?

    ReplyDelete
  16. I suggest Kieran from Amy Kathleen Ryan's Sky Chasers series. He needs a complete personality makeover. Or even a personality reversal to make him the complete opposite of what he is! :P Thanks for the giveaway :)

    ReplyDelete
  17. I think Celeste from The Selection/The Elite. That girl definitely needs a personality makeover. She may be pretty on the outside but it does not make up for her horrible personality.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Eleanor from Eleanor & Park because she needs one. Her clothes are baggy and manly and her hair is uncontrolled and big. Thanks for the giveaway.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Lily from From What I Remember definitely needs a personality makeover. The only way she can be described is a b*tch.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I also pick Eleanor from Eleanor and Park. Yes it's sad that I say that because one of the reasons people love her so much is because she looks and dresses the way she does. Which once you read the book you will learn why she tries to be so unattractive. But I hope that after the book is finished and she is older she goes for a make-over!!

    Angie

  21. Tris, she's starting to look pretty daunting. >.>

    ReplyDelete
  22. I love this idea!

If I could pick any character to makeover, I'd pick Jack Howard from The Avoiding series. He doesn't need an appearance makeover, but he could definitely use a personality one (though I love him anyway) :P

    ReplyDelete
  23. Eleanor from Eleanor & Park. Although her strange clothes are apart of her quirky personality, it was mostly because she didn't have the means to get anything better to wear. I think she deserves a great makeover :)

    ReplyDelete
  24. King Clarkson from The Selection Series by Kiera Cass...that man is in need of a personality makeover...I am just very angry at his character right now.......

    Thanks for the giveaway!!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Bella Swan from The Twilight Saga is definitely is a need of a personal/mental makeover!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Mary from The Forest of Hands and Teeth needs a makeover, physically. All that running and fear and mud and such...she's gonna need a full-body sea salt scrub, some shea butter moisturizer, a deep pore cleaning on her face, a mani-pedi (in a nice coral, I think), a shampoo and trim and deep conditioner treatment, and some neutral mineral makeup. Oh, and a new outfit or two. Gotta look good in the zombie-infested-dystopian-future, you know!

    ReplyDelete
  27. I think Nan from Fallen Too Far by Abbi Glines needs some serious attitude makeover! She's been so horrible to Blaire and I think she needs to get her act together. She's acting like a child haha

    ReplyDelete
  28. I'm going with Bertie from The Theatre Illuminata series. I liked the books at first, but her character just started getting on my nerves!

    ReplyDelete
  29. I say Eleanor from Eleanor and Park, so she can show the other kids who are mean to her how fabulous she can be.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Viola from Monsters of Men, becuase she really just wants to get back to looking better after going through a war! xD

    ReplyDelete
  31. Mary from the Forest of Hands and Teeth because she seems to have very little personality in the books. And plus, after the events in the book she would probably love one anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think little miss Ember from Article 5 could use a makeover in both ways. All that running away and being in a prison cell would leave her looking pretty ragged, and I thought her attitude could be a lot better!

    ReplyDelete
  33. A couple of my students recently read Cinder, and they were so upset by Prince Kai's behavior. They really thought he needed some sense shaken into him!

    ReplyDelete
  34. I'd pick Simon from City of Bones because he dresses a bit geeky and messy.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Tris from Divergent. I reckon I'd make her a bit more attractive in an odd and unusual way. She's described as plain in the book.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I think Stephanie Plum from the Janet evanovich books since she always says she is just pulling back hair and always just grabs clothes from the pile.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hmm, I would have to say Cinder to allow her to have nice things and improve her cyborg parts.

    ReplyDelete
  38. This is a hard one for me. I don't think anyone in the books I read need an actual makeover, they're fine the way they look, but there are many characters that need an attitude change! I'm not going to name names for this, since I believe ALL OF THE MEAN GIRLS/ ANNOYING CHARACTERS need a makeover! (And that will, sadly, be a long list...)

    ReplyDelete
  39. Definitely Lindsay from Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver. Sam got her makeover (attitude change) throughout the book, but Lindsay never really learned from her mistakes! Thanks for the great giveaway!

    Christina @ Ensconced in YA

    ReplyDelete
  40. I think Lena from Delirium series need a makeover. She is selfish and annoying and cry to much.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I would have to say Felicity from A Great and Terrible Beauty! She can be a b**** sometimes! She's beautiful and she knows she is so people let her get away with being mean!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Okay, the first person to pop into my head for a personality makeover is Zoe from the House of Night series. Oh my gosh, I hate her so much. I don't usually use that word, but I do... I hate her. I've only read the first book and a half in the series because I hated it so much, so I don't if she gets better, but she definitely needs a makeover. Ugh.

Thanks very much for the booth, though!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I would pick Ian from the night huntress series... he is perhaps gorgeous but so full of himself and mean he really need to be softened ( and his choice of clothe could be improved too)... i can't tsand him at teh moment so a make over is really needed

    ReplyDelete
  44. Toughy- I think I would choice Perry from under the never sky...I love this book but I'm not to fond of the name Perry ...it makes me think of phineas and ferb ..so every time I here the name Perry I think of a Plautus... sad but true. so he needs a name makeover! :)

    ReplyDelete
  45. Hmm America from The Selection because she's bleh?

    ReplyDelete

  46. I think Miles from Looking For Alaska needs a makeover because he's geeky and awkward and cut. But I think he'll look hot after the makeover. lol

    ReplyDelete
  47. Ugh, I'd nominate Anastasia Steele from Fifty Shades of Grey. I finally got around to giving that book a go this past week and I tried to listen to the audiobook. It was awful and her character was a complete idiot. She definitely needs a psychiatric makeover.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I would say Stuart "Fats" Wall from The Casual Vacancy, that kid needs one serious attitude make-over!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Well i would have to say that from the recent books I've read it'd have to be Nanette from Too Far series!! She needs a total emotional makeover because she is just to put in nice words a jerk with serious issues!!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Celeste from The Selection would need a personality makeover - Because she seriously needs to rethink her values and how she treats other people :)

    ReplyDelete
  51. I nominate Bella Swan from Twilight for a complete emotional makeover. Yeesh.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Saba from Blood Red Road. I loved this book and I really liked Saba, but I think she could be totally hot if she got a makeover!!!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Clary from the city of Bones~ Though she's perfectly fine the way she is, she just needs a boost of confidence. She just doesn't know that she's pretty~

    ReplyDelete
  54. I think Belly from the Summer I turned Pretty needs an emotional makeover. She needs to be more confident and sure of herself.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I think Lena from Beautiful Creatures. I've read two books in this series so far, and I think she needs to build confidence.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I would nominate Celeste from The Selection since she needs a personality overhaul

    ReplyDelete
  57. Bella swan from the twilight series

    ReplyDelete
  58. Felicity from A Great and Terrible Beauty definitely needs an emotional makeover, she'd got a lot of issues.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Probably Bella Swan from Twilight for lack of personnality

    ReplyDelete
