Top Ten Most Anticipated Books For The Second Half of 2017
- The rest of 2017 looks SO good. I probably could have made a list of 25 books-- and I had to leave off some really really exciting books (like The League of American Traitors, I See London I See France, Little Monsters, and When I am Through with You).
1. Bad Girls with Perfect Faces by Lynn Weingarten- Because I love this author and OMG the cover!!!
2. Hunting Prince Dracula (Stalking Jack the Ripper #2) by Keri Maniscalco- Stalking Jack the Ripper was a huge surprise for me last year. I can't wait to see what's next for Audrey Rose and Thomas Cresswell.
3. The Hanging Girl by Eileen Cook- I loved With Malice, so I'm definitely down to read more Mystery/Thrillers from Eileen Cook.
4. In Some Other Life by Jessica Brody- Oh yes, I love alternate version of your life books!!
5. Renegades by Marissa Meyer- It's Marissa Meyer!! I have yet to read a book from her that I didn't love.
6. No Saints in Kansas by Amy Brashear- It's a reimagining of In Cold Blood--- ummm yeah, I totally need this!!
7. 16 Ways to Break a Heart by Lauren Strasnick- LOVE this author and LOVE all her books!! (Especially- Nothing Like You)
8. Foolish Hearts by Emma Mills- Can't wait to see what other friendship cuteness this author has up her sleeve. Have you read This Adventure Ends yet?
9. This Darkness Mine by Mindy McGinnis- I can't wait to read another dark, twisty, scarred-Earth book by this author. The Female of the Species KILLED me!!
10. Genuine Fraud by E. Lockhart- Fave author ever. Forever ever. I've read EVERY single book she's written and I will read every book she writes.
What books are you most excited for for the rest of the year?
I'm also excited for Renegades! Foolish Hearts just missed my TTT but there are just so many good ones coming out! I have yet to read this adventure ends though ahh! I loved first & then by her though :)

ReplyDeleteHunting Prince Dracula and Renegades made my list. I am also super excited about The Hanging Girl, Genuine Fraud, and This Darkness Mine. I've been seeing In Some Other Life on a few lists today and it definitely sounds interesting. I'll have to add it to the TBR. Great list!

As soon as I added Bad Girls with Perfect Faces to my list I thought of you! This is one of those Andi/Michelle loves kind of books! Which then made me think we should do a post of Andi and Michelle suggest and tell all the people the books we both have a love for (I'm looking at you Tease) and others should too. :-)

I've yet to read ANY of Marissa's novels, but if I like her Lunar books (which I do own), I'll be reading Renegades too. That title alone makes me curious! Hope you enjoy these, Michelle. :)
